Ashley received her yoga teacher certificate in 2013 and has been studying and practicing yoga since 2010. She graduated from the 200-hr teacher training program from American Power Yoga (APY) in Dallas, TX, taught by Kurt Johnsen and Jayme Bushmiaer. The APY method provides one of the most accessible and effective styles of yoga offered today. All classes are 60 minutes and open to all levels. APY combines a unique blend of tai chi, chi gung, vinyasa flow, philosophy and fun! All poses can be modified or intensified, so YOU set the intensity. This makes it great for the beginner and intense for the seasoned practitioner or athlete. You will smile, laugh, burn calories, build flexibility, gain strength, release tension, and cultivate focus.
